Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Al Anwaar, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure delivery services to our customers in Jordan and worldwide. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Domestic Shipping (Jordan)

• All Governorates: Delivery fee is 2 JOD.

• Jordan Valley (Al-Aghwar): Deliveries are scheduled only on Mondays and Wednesdays.

2. International Shipping

• International shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and region.

• Final shipping fees will be confirmed with the customer before completing the order.

3. Delivery Timeframes (Jordan)

• Orders placed during business hours before 4:00 PM: Delivered within 48 hours.

• Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or public holidays: Delivered within 48–72 hours from the next official business day.

4. Order Modification & Cancellation

• Customers may modify or cancel an order before it is handed over to the courier.

• Once the order has been dispatched to the courier, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
