3. Shipping Fees

• Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping fees.

• If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an order fulfillment error, Al Anwaar will cover all shipping costs.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

• Processing time is 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
